I'm Adam, a born and raised Londoner now based in Manchester. I've been active my whole life, growing up training in ballet, swimming, horse riding, and competing in athletics. Movement has always been a big part of who I am.
Before becoming a personal trainer I spent around 15 years in retail management. Over 10 of those years were within the opticians industry, which gave me a strong grounding in health, wellbeing, working closely with people. I also managed a luxury sportswear store and worked within a luxury gym environment.
As an LGBTQ+ friendly trainer, I create a welcoming, judgment-free space for clients of all backgrounds. My coaching style is calm, supportive, and always tailored to the individual. No shouting. No pressure. No judgement.
